Our Party Speaker & PA Hire option is a simple self-operated sound setup for smaller functions where you want clear music playback and a microphone ready to use.
We deliver the system, set it up, show you how to use it, then collect it after your event.
This setup is suitable for background music, speeches, announcements and casual party use. It does not rely on Wi-Fi or internet streaming, because you can connect your own phone or device using the supplied input options.

Your Party Speaker & PA Hire includes:
- 1 × Mackie Thump 15A powered speaker
- 1 × speaker stand
- 1 × wired Sennheiser microphone
- 1 × microphone stand
- 1 × audio connection lead for phone or device audio output
- Lightning and USB-C adapter options where required
- 1 × party effect light
- All required cabling
- Delivery, setup and collection across the Perth metro area
This is a simple sound system hire option, not a full karaoke system.

Hire details
We deliver and install the system at an agreed time. After setup, we show you how to connect your device, play music and use the microphone.
To confirm your booking, we require full payment in advance.
Payment options include:
- bank transfer
- EFTPOS using Square tap-and-go
- credit/debit card over the phone
We also require a $100 security bond before delivery. After collection, we inspect and test the equipment, then refund the bond once everything passes inspection.
For safety and equipment protection:
- Set up must be in a dry, weather-protected area
- Outdoor setups need full cover
- Equipment must stay in place once installed
- Ground floor or lift access is preferred
- Power must be available near the setup area
- Drinks must be kept away from the equipment
Same-day bookings, urgent turnarounds, difficult access or late-night collections may incur additional charges depending on availability.
Please provide at least 7 days’ notice for cancellations.
Service Area & Bookings
Our party speaker hire service operates across the Perth metropolitan area, including Perth’s northern suburbs, central Perth, eastern suburbs, southern suburbs and surrounding areas through to Fremantle.
Additional travel fees may apply for longer-distance bookings, difficult access, urgent turnarounds, or locations requiring extended delivery and collection time.
